Hi, I'm Caleb! 👋

I'm a full-stack Software Engineer with 16 years of professional experience. My career has taken me many places, from working on ML at Google, to building a Mark Cuban -backed streaming app; from speaking at an international JavaScript conference, to configuring network hardware in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

I founded Closure Consulting because I love the possibilities inherent in building software! Here are some of the services I offer:

• Consulting

  Pragmatic and goal-oriented advice on tech choices, software architecure, scalability, and security, informed by years of experience and curiosity about emerging trends. I am well-versed in AI-based system design.

• Development

  I accept a select number of software development projects. Examples of past work include website design/development, web crawling, data visualization, and solutions in research/academia.

• Education

  I love teaching folks the magic of how computers work, from logic gates and basic coding concepts to the evolution of the Internet. I'm equally comfortable working in a 1-on-1 setting, with small groups, or delivering a talk to a large audience.
